Two posters at the Undergraduate Research Symposium
Congratulations to undergrads in the lab who presented at this year's Undergraduate Research Symposium! Stephany and Lauren presented a poster entitled "Impact of Age-Related Hearing Loss on Strategic Attention". Julia and Andrea presented a poster entitled "Strategic Attention in Individuals with Amnestic Mild Cognitive Impairment".
AANCL presented a booth at Brain Awareness Day
The Aging and Neurocognition Lab presented a booth at this year's Brain Awareness Day hosted by the UIUC Neuroscience Program. The booth consisted of an EEG-based game in which people try to move a ball "with their mind" and a Go/NoGo computerized task developed by the lab. The booth was a big hit with children and parents alike! The AANCL booth! Our wonderful lab members who agreed to help on the day of the event!
